Transparent Pricing

At Kino Bay Home Repair, we believe in transparent pricing—no surprises, just honest, reliable service for the good of our customers.

Minimum Emergency Fee: $125 USD

Applies to after-hours or urgent service calls.

Minimum Service Fee : $65 USD

Covers work that takes under 1 hour (e.g., mounting a mirror, fixing a door latch, Sealing minor leaks or cracks, minor repairs, etc). The fee is agreed upon before scheduling.

Trip Fee: $25 USD

Applies to all visits or rescheduling by the customer, or if the service is declined or the property is inaccessible.

The fee is waived if you proceed with the service (Except San Germán and Dos Palmas)
